Floton Africa Ltd offers full design/build services which enables us to design and manage your project exactly to your specifications from the first phone call to the day we shake your hand when we are done. We are experts in all phases of the construction process so the quality and timely completion of your project can be assured. Our design, engineering, reprographics and permitting division is fully functioning which shortens the amount of time from concept to permit. We have a complete team of field professionals who will create the project from the paper all the way to the handing over process to the end customer. For portions of the project, you might choose to design yourself, we will offer our guidance and professional opinion when appropriate.

Our customers are our primary concern. By being available and following up after the completion of a project, we establish a comfortable and lasting relationship with all of the people we do work for. In fact, most of our work comes from referrals.

Contracts Management

Floton Africa has the capability to provide under one contract and under one management source, all services from design through construction and maintenance. We maintain the capabilities of building detailed schedule and implementing it to assure our clients of on-time completionsand start-ups. We constantly work under different different arrangements, whether its lumpsum, cost plus a fixed fee, or time and material, we are open to working with our clients and putting a system in place to benefit each project.
